Job responsibilities:


1. Collect the latest training policies and information of the industry where the new project is located, analyze the current situation and existing problems of industry training, and understand the dynamics of institutions in the same industry.


2. Plan the project type according to the market trend, write the project planning scheme and relevant documents, understand the front-end market information from business personnel from time to time, and adjust the scheme in time;


3. Participate in the marketing and creativity of the company's products and services, network promotion and theme planning of relevant activities, and write documents;



Job requirements:


1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience, major in education, Chinese and marketing is preferred.


2. Good text editing skills, experience in education and training industry is preferred.


3. Proficient in all kinds of office software, strong copywriting and communication skills.


4. Good communication and coordination skills and service awareness, high comprehensive quality, capable and efficient; Responsible, thoughtful, patient and meticulous.
